Join a Fortune 100 credit union as a Training Instructor. You will implement and facilitate training programs, collaborate with instructional designers, conduct training sessions, and support branches to meet business needs. This hybrid role requires onsite presence at least 2 days per week and may involve travel, evening, and weekend work.
Candidate is required be located within commutable distance to Winchester, VA, or Pensacola, FL campus.
Hybrid, with the expectation to report onsite a minimum of 2 days per week, ensuring compliance with hybrid guidelines.
Responsibilities
Implement and facilitate training programs for assigned areas of the company.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers to develop and test learning activities, training materials, facilitator guides, lesson plans, and class schedules.
Conduct training sessions, monitor effectiveness, and recommend program modifications.
Investigate operational processes and procedures to determine feasible and effective training solutions.
Identify and assess organizational issues and training/development needs.
Present findings and recommendations to management.
Provide support to branches to meet business needs.
Participate in basic/routine tasks of narrow scope requiring basic research/review.
Requirements
May be required to travel and work evenings and/or weekends.
If selected for Mortgage-MLO, incumbent will be required to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, which includes fingerprinting and background checks.
