POSITION SUMMARY: MLS is actively seeking Training Curse Developers/Instructors for an upcoming effort supporting a government customer. The Technical Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (TechFISINT) Course Developer-Instructor is responsible for course development and instruction on the exploitation of developmental and fielded space and weapons systems to determine performance characteristics, capabilities, limitations, system vulnerabilities, and operations, as well as responsible for reporting of results of TechSIGINT-derived space and weapons to Intelligence Community (IC) customers in appropriate Technical Memorandums and models. This position is pending contract award. Requirements ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide engineering analysis and technical support and resolving tasks to completion. * Process of data using mapping tools, algorithms, intelligence reports, and display tools. * Identify out-of-the-ordinary telemetry formats. * Analyze satellite and weapons systems to include satellite operations and basic satellite communications principles. * Conduct FISINT signals analysis using particular computer software and hardware. * Analyze of telemetry data to determine basic level of understanding of system performance characteristics, and capabilities. * Use FISINT terminology and documentation of cohesive analytic findings in accordance with SIGINT and Telemetry Beaconry Analysis reporting standards. * Develop of accurate signal chronologies and determination of relationships between related signals. * Maintain expertise in TechFISINT. * Solicit and receive course feedback from students and other people and timely incorporating appropriate feedback into courses and presentations. * Develop new TechFISINT courses, modules, and presentations while ensuring the accuracy and currency of existing ones. * Use good communication skills when working with others in the development, presentation, and updating of TechFISINT teaching and course material. SECURITY CLEARANCE: TS/SCI with polygraph is required. QUALIFICATIONS: LEVEL1 * For candidates without a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area): 4 or more years of TechSIGINT collection, processing, and analysis experience (within the past 10 years), and digital signals processing experience. * For candidates with a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area): 3 or more years of TechSIGINT experience (within the past 10 years). LEVEL 2 * For candidates without a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable major): 8 or more years of TechSIGINT (within the past 10 years). * For candidates with a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable technical major): 6 or more years of TechSIGINT collection, processing, and analysis experience (within the past 10 years). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in some of all of the following: Python; MATLab; Microsoft Office; Radio Frequency/Antenna Knowledge; Software Defined Radio (SDR) framework; Signals Analysis; 2 or more years of technical teaching experience and/or technical curriculum development (e.g., military courses, academia or industry classroom (faculty/adjunct), On-the-job (OJT) instruction). WORK ENVIRONMENT: * 8-hour shifts or as required by the customer. PAY RANGE: MultiLingual Solutions (MLS) pay range and level are general guidelines for this job.
