We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator (Fresher) to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of training programs across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in HR and learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Create and maintain training schedules and calendars.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and handouts using MS PowerPoint.
Track and record attendance, performance metrics, and training feedback using Excel.
Communicate with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Maintain training records and documentation.
Assist with logistics such as booking venues, setting up equipment, and arranging catering (if required).
Provide support in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Assist with onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.
Basic understanding of HR processes and training principles (preferred but not required).
Eager to learn and grow within the HR and training field.
