We are currently seeking applications for Quality and Training Coordinators to join our dynamic Home-Care team to drive positive change across our New South Wales and ACT services.


We’re excited as these are new roles within our Home Care team to uplift and continue best in class service for our precious clients. We have three vacancies supporting our regions throughout New South Wales and the ACT.


The Quality and Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting clinical care quality, training, and compliance across RSL LifeCare’s HomeCare services. The role ensures adherence to relevant aged care legislation and organisational policies, facilitates staff development, conducts audits, and leads continuous improvement initiatives.


Flexible base location for the right candidates


To be successful in this role, we’d expect you to:

  • Monitor and review client outcomes and compliance standards
  • Conduct audits and provide recommendations for quality improvement
  • Deliver, manage, and coordinate staff training and orientation
  • Support rollout of Learning & Development initiatives
  • Ensure regulatory and legislative compliance (HCP, CHSP, DVA, Aged Care Act).
  • Collaborate and build relationships with HomeCare and Clinical Governance teams to embed best practices


Essential Requirements:

  • AHPRA Nurse Registration and/or extensive aged care quality experience
  • Strategic, clinical planning and change management skills
  • Proven ability to identify and implement improvement strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven with excellent time management
  • Current Australian Driver Licence and insured vehicle
  • Clearances: National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening
  • A genuine passion for supporting aged and vulnerable communities
  • Experience working with or understanding veterans’ needs is desirable
