Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role as a Training And Quality Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with the possibility of some work from home. The Training And Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing training programs, ensuring quality standards are met, evaluating training effectiveness, and implementing improvements to enhance employee performance.

Qualifications

• Training program management, Quality assurance, and Performance evaluation skills
• Coaching, mentoring accreditation
• Build Training Plans
• Strong understanding of employee development and training best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in conducting training needs assessments and implementing training solutions
• Knowledge of industry-specific training regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in Training and Development is a plus
