The Training and Development Manager will partner with all levels of management to implement training systems, standards, and tools across two manufacturing sites. This role is within a CNC manufacturing environment and is responsible for ensuring that training systems are actively managed and continuously improved. Key systems and processes to be implemented include operations training and on-the-job certification, trainer development, skill gap identification, training planning and management, site orientation, role-specific onboarding, and the management of courseware and training documentation. The role will also ensure auditable tracking, measurement, and evaluation through our Learning Management System (LMS)
