Plexos Group, LLC is looking for an experienced Training and Development Coordinator to support wildfire disaster recovery efforts in various counties across New Mexico, including Mescalero, Lincoln, Otero, Valencia, Colfax, San Miguel, and Mora.

What You'll Do:

As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Case Managers have the tools and knowledge they need to support disaster-impacted residents effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Research & Development: Stay updated on best practices for disaster recovery services and training in social services.
  • Collaborative Training: Work with leadership and team members to identify training needs and develop tailored training materials.
  • Implementation & Coordination: Prepare and deliver training to internal and external teams, ensuring effective learning transfer.
  • Evaluation & Reporting: Track participation, evaluate training outcomes, and provide detailed reports.
  • Partnership Engagement: Collaborate with local, state, and federal partners to provide comprehensive training on the Disaster Case Management (DCM) program.

What We're Looking For:

  • Creative Thinker: Ability to identify knowledge gaps and develop innovative training solutions.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong writing skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Experienced Professional: Minimum 3 years of experience in Case Management, Adult Education and Training, Social Work, or a similar role.

Location & Travel:

This role requires in-person reporting to the Joint Field Office and Disaster Recovery Office in Santa Fe or Ruidoso. You will serve all impacted communities, with travel required at 15-25%.
