Responsibilities This mid-level position will travel to conduct in-person training at customer locations to operator and maintainer personnel on software/hardware capabilities being fielded. Responsible for developing and maintaining training courses tailored to individual customers. Responsible for developing instructor training materials to include course outline, training slides, background material, and lessons learned to improve processes. Review existing technical solutions for improvements and efficiencies. Development of all material to be utilized by students. This may include course materials, workbooks, handouts, certificates of completion, and student feedback questionnaires. Provide feedback on continuous improvements efforts and processes. Instruct customer personnel by conducting formal classroom training, workshops, seminars, as well as computer based/computer aided training if required. Qualifications Be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance Obtain a Security + certification. BA/BS preferred. Associated degree or high school diploma with 1 year of experience Ability to communicate technical computer to technical and non-technical audiences Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong documentation skills Microsoft Certified professional (MCP) certifications desired Must be compliant with Department of Defense Directive 8570 (DoDD 8570) Certification- IAT Level II within 6 months of employment Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Up to 10% travel #mtsi #LI-AS1 #LI-Onsite
