Purpose of the job.

• Process Road domestic movements from start to finish process courier movements via 3rd party transport suppliers.
• Process web booking from customers. Interact with the customers building up a good relationship.
• Working closely with company's transport and warehouse. Invoicing and dealing with account queries.
• Completion of reports.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous knowledge or experience in transport or courier logistics, beneficial but not essential.
• Customer Services focused.
• Well organised and have attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a can do attitude
• Able to function in a fast paced environment
• Able to use own initiative and be a team player
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
