️Your Responsibilities On The Project Will Be

  • Team members onboarding and adaptation to perform successfully as the part of Client team;
  • Conducting one to one with team members to define bottlenecks and issues;
  • Work with Client stakeholders (Gather regular feedback on Softermii team members performance and work to remove bottlenecks and issues);
  • Close work with Delivery and Account Managers to identify additional Client needs;
  • Weekly/monthly reporting to the Client.

Our Requirements To You

  • Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and key team roles
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with feedback
  • Responsibility, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn and grow in project management
  • Ability to plan tasks, analyze problems, and find solutions
  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher (daily communication with clients)
  • Basic analytical skills (ability to collect, analyze, and interpret information)
  • Confident use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with Jira, Confluence is a plus
  • Basic experience in project management or participation in IT teams (internships, volunteering, pet projects, etc.) will be a plus
