Role Description

We are looking for a Trainee Interim Backend Developer with basic knowledge of Node.js and MySQL to support our team during a transitional period. This is a temporary trainee role—ideal for recent graduates, bootcamp students, or self-taught developers eager to gain real-world experience in backend development.

You’ll be guided by experienced developers while working on real projects, helping maintain and improve backend systems, debug basic issues, and contribute to database-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Node.js and Express.js
• Familiarity with MySQL (CRUD operations, simple joins)
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with guidance

Duration and Stipend

• Contract Length: 3 months (with possible extension or full-time conversion)
