Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for Commis Chefs or Kitchen Assistants who are eager to advance their careers and develop their culinary skills. As a Trainee Chef, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship from our experienced chefs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.

• Learn and apply various cooking techniques and methods.
\n
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
\n
• Support the kitchen team in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
\n
• Participate in menu development and contribute ideas for new dishes.
\n
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
\n

Requirements:

• Experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant.
\n
• Passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
\n
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
\n
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
\n
• Relevant culinary qualifications are a plus but not essential.
