The successful applicant will be highly skilled in all facets of the Traffic industry, be able to manage aspects of the day to day operations be a self starter who is driven and capable of working with and engaging their team. You will play a critical role in our growth and be able to lead our team ensuring the safety and efficiency of our traffic control services, while managing resources, and schedules. Essential criteria: Lead and manage traffic control site operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Develop and implement traffic management plans in collaboration with project stakeholders. Train, mentor, and supervise traffic control personnel to maintain high standards of safety and performance. Ensure the continuous improvement of traffic management processes and procedures.
