We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual to act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
What You Will Do
This role involves identifying, documenting, and analysing business requirements to support the delivery of impactful solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and reviewing both internal business data and wider industry insights to inform decision-making, while also assessing current business processes to identify areas for improvement and greater efficiency.
The successful candidate will evaluate new IT developments and contemporary business practices, developing a solid understanding of how these technologies can be implemented within the business. You will build in-depth knowledge of our industry and trading systems, supporting both vertical-specific and cross-vertical initiatives. A key part of the role is understanding the practical application of new IT concepts and assessing their impacts within your area, helping to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Understanding the vertical domain, the business function and systems IT that are managed within.
- Assist Lead BA in the priorotisation process and provide daily update on the status of change
- Gathering and capturing clear business requirements in the from of EPICS and PBI's and ensure that this are organised on the vertical board correctly
- Assist Senior and Lead BA in their analysis in gathering, validating and documenting requirements, across all change (BAU / OPREAD)
What You Will Bring
The ideal candidate will demonstrate well-developed analytical skills that support effective problem-solving and decision-making. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple stakeholders and change initiatives with a high level of organisation and professionalism.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll need to engage confidently with individuals at all levels of the organisation. A solid understanding of the domain is important, and you should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, applying structured thinking to bring clarity and direction where needed.
