Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in issue identification, root cause diagnose analysis, and resolution of product / production issues.
• Support lab CIP( Continued Improvement Product) testing within cross-functional team (Process, Engineering, Software, Manufacturing, Spares, etc.) to improve product functionality and reliability.
• Complete productivity issue related experiments, collect and analyze data, generate reports for both internal and external distribution.
• Act as HQ/region interface for communicating customer site issues/status and HQ feedback.
• Conduct verification & testing of BKM’s and procedures.
• Provide new tool startup support and hardware retrofits at customer site.

Key Requirements:

• MS in chemistry, physics, material science, mechanical automation, engineering, and/or related fields.
• Strong logical thinking, hands-on, presentation skills.
• Self-motivator with sense of urgency and accountability.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal in both Chinese and English.
• Proficient in MS Office products including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Be able to travel domestically and internationally.
