Job Summary

In this pivotal role, the Technical Program Manager will bridge Engineering and Product teams to deliver high-impact technical projects, leveraging strong cross-functional collaboration and project management expertise. The ideal candidate thrives in a technically complex environment, steering both PM and Engineering teams towards timely project delivery with clear communication and organized frameworks. A drive for excellence in documentation, an analytical approach towards data, and a background in software development or connectivity technologies like Bluetooth or WiFi are essential for success.

Job Responsibilities

• Spearhead cross-functional technical projects, ensuring clear goal setting, timely delivery, and risk management.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration across Engineering and Product teams to maintain project momentum.
• Maintain and update comprehensive project documentation, centralizing information for easy access and reference.
• Analyze project data to create informative dashboards, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Leverage expertise in connectivity domains or software development to guide project direction and innovation.
  
  

Must Have Skills

• Proven project management experience with the ability to manage complex, technical projects.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate project goals and timelines clearly.
• Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for keeping teams aligned and focused.
  
  

Required Experience:

• Experience in the field of connectivity technologies like Bluetooth or WiFi is highly preferred. Background in software development is a plus.
