We at Coforge are hiring TPF Solutions Architects with the following skillset:

• Facilitate collaboration and consensus-building among technology teams to define, deliver, and enhance solutions that address business challenges.
• Lead the development of a long-term technical vision aligned with business objectives.
• Establish guiding principles to support decision-making in solution design and delivery.
• Design high-level technical architectures and integration frameworks that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Anticipate and mitigate downstream impacts of changes in complex, interrelated systems to prevent unintended consequences.
• Collaborate with technology leaders, development teams, and architects to evaluate and enhance solution design methodologies and tools.
• Work closely with product delivery teams to establish development guidelines and best practices.
• Translate conceptual and logical designs into physical architectures based on business and technical requirements.
• Define solution target architectures that align with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Provide subject matter expertise in team planning, solution definition, and engineering strategies.
• Deep knowledge of modern architecture frameworks and current-generation technologies.
• Ability to manage expectations while balancing business and financial constraints.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
• Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships both within and outside the organization.
• Proficient in estimating project scope, identifying tasks, and recommending sequencing for complex business and technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Translate business goals, objectives, and requirements into effective solution designs.
• Take a pragmatic approach to solution delivery, balancing architecture needs, business constraints, and technological realities.
• Proven leadership track record with expertise in TPF and GCP-based systems.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in technology and architecture roles.
