Role Description

We are looking for an Enterprise IT Infrastructure Automation Architect with hands on experience in - design, deployment, configuration and management of IT Infrastructure Automation Platform (Product Engineering).

Who is a self-starter and can work in a dynamic environment.

• In-depth experience in building and delivering IT infrastructure automation platform.
• Prepare high level and low-level design documentations.
• Strong understanding of core IT infrastructure and cloud concepts.
• Experience in enterprise automation platforms including GenAI, AI & ML.

(Technical expertise areas)

In-depth hands-on experience with the following tools and technologies:

• IT Service Management (ITSM) – ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
• IT Operation Management (ITOM) – ServiceNow, Since Logic, Symphony Summit, OpsRamp
• Provisioning Management – Terraform, Ansibel, Jenkins, Chef
• Orchestration - ServiceNow, vRealize, Camunda.
• Container Orchestration Platforms - Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker
• Monitoring Tools – Nagios, Manage Engine, Solar Winds, Elastic Search.
• GenAI Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver IT Infrastructure automation platform.
• Create re-useable solutions, utilities for driving transformation and automation for our customers, lead a technical team to deliver these solutions at scale.

Prior Experience

• A total of 15 years of experience of which :
• 10 years or more in IT infrastructure automation architect role (Product Engineering Experience)
• Experience in building and delivering IT infrastructure automation platforms.

Education

• BE or B. Tech degree preferred.
