Minimum Requirements:

•Bacholor degree in engineering or relevant field

•More than 3 years work experience in a toolshop or tooling department, preferably focused on plastic injectionmolding.

•English level: intermediate (reading and conversation at technical level).

Desirable Skills:

•Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, or comparable systems

•MS Office skills

•Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards

•High levels of communication with clients, superiors and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

1.Plan, schedule, predict and manage all technical tasks of their assigned projects to assure accuracy, properresources and quality from start to finish

2.Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards andspecifications

3.Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field

4.Assign responsibilities and mentor project team

5.Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provideassistance and technical support

6.Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

7.Any other task assigned by direct report and associated with business need.
