AMW settled in Thailand in 1999 is an EMS company manufacturing with a strong focus on power electronics systems including magnetics, PCB assemblies then box-build and product integration, such as DC/DC converters, SMPS, battery chargers or inverters.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Electronics engineering or related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in tooling / automation management in EMS field.
• Understanding the transformer and choke manufacturing and making tools/JIGs to ease the manufacturing process with quality and Poka-yoke. 
• Understanding the PCBA manufacturing and making tools/JIGs to ease the manufacturing process with quality and Poka-yoke. 
• Understanding the Energy Management Systems (EMS) products assembly and making tools to ease the assembly process with quality and Poka-yoke. 
• Experience in making robot automation solutions for manufacturing requirements.
• Understanding the manufacturing automation and provide solution to improve productivity, quality and manpower efficiency.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
•   Experienced in designing both mechanical and electrical using Servo motors, sensors, PLC, Robots for machines and AGVs.
• Have a good knowledge, understanding and performing machine DFMEA.
• Creating electrical machine design and BOM, working with a supplier for quotation.
• Good knowledge in reviewing BOM and negotiating with suppliers. 
• Fair level in English (Understanding documents, emails and able to communicate technically)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Working with CFT team to provide them with tooling solutions.
• Managing the team of engineers and technicians to prepare Tools and JIGs for production and quality departments.
• Good knowledge of tooling, automation products and technology in trend with the market.
• Manage with Automation Engineer and provide automation solutions for the company - Study the Electronics manufacturing requirements and develop automation machines for production support. 
• Understand the root cause and support the team with design prototypes of new equipment & specific tooling.
• Calculate the Return of Investment (ROI) for every project and submit to the director.
• Update the team functioning and progress weekly to the Director.
