Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect (m/f/d) SAP Retail, you will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions for our clients in the retail sector. Your responsibilities include:

• Analyze current business requirements and define technological objectives.
• Design and implement tailored solutions that align perfectly with the client’s business strategy.
• Identify and communicate risks (business, technical, application) at both business and enterprise levels.
• Participate in architecture and business planning sessions to anticipate future strategies.
• Assist in defining roles, responsibilities, timelines, and project scope.
  
  

Pre-Sales Expert And Industry Lead

• Support our Retail Go-To-Market Strategy through sales enablement, events, webinars, and close collaboration with SAP and partners.
• Lead pre-sales cycles, including tenders and customer inquiries.
• Prepare pre-sales documents, such as estimates, timelines, and roles and responsibilities charts.
• Take the lead in customer presentations and site assessments.
  
  

Integration Architect

• Coordinate and lead teams (business analysts, functional consultants, developers) across all project phases: analysis, design, configuration, development, realization, documentation, testing, and production cutover.
• Ensure the integrity and integration of all solution components.
• Support Fit-to-Standard workshops and validate technical solutions.
• Investigate and quickly resolve complex SAP project issues.
• Ensure the development of scalable, cost-effective SAP solutions.
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience with SAP implementations, particularly in SAP Retail and S/4HANA.
• Experience in pre-sales activities, blue printing, fit-to-standard, and integration processes.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and verbal).
• In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry, particularly the retail segment (trends, challenges, best-practice solutions).
• High energy and adaptability to different project phases and environments.
• Confidence and assertiveness in handling objections.
• Strategic thinker with excellent planning and execution skills.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Results-oriented and compliant with regulations.
