Job Overview
Develop and submit project schedules. Report all project issues. Attend meetip.gs, including virtual meetings such as MS Teams and WebEx, with the COR, DIA Site Lead, Facility Management Branch, and other stakeholders. Assist DIA Site Lead and Facility Management Branch with scope development. Supervise and plan work for assigned personnel. Receive projects from the DIA Site Lead or Facility Management Branch. Develop Bill of Materials. Submit Project Work Order Package or Project Work Plan to ACOR. Enter and update project data in the CMMS. Oversee the furniture program to include: Maintain inventory of spare parts located at the DIA Tiger Team. Arrange for pull of furniture items and turn-in of excess material with warehouse personnel. Coordinate with Government Quality Assurance Representative for final inspection and certification of completed work. Ensure tools and trash are removed from the job site at the end of each duty day.
Pay Rate: $61.40

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
- Direct development of and adherence to predictive maintenance program/schedule.
- Provide leadership, training, motivation, performance evaluation, coaching, recognition and accountability for maintenance department employees.
- Establish department priorities that support contract objectives for safety, customer satisfaction, productivity, etc.
- Coordinate with personnel in the identification of proper and correct materials, parts assemblies, and requirements for a variety of requisitions necessary for the job/task.
- Interpret, apply and explain complex codes, regulations and procedures.
- Respond to emergency site maintenance as required.
- Confer with and advise other management personnel regarding maintenance projects and priorities.
- Assist in developing cost estimates, budget, correspondence and status reports.
- Support other department staff as needed or directed.
- Adhere to the established safety and personnel policies and standard operating procedures.
- Work is primarily performed indoors but may include outdoor work. Must be able to work at varying heights (i.e. ladder, roof tops, underground, etc.) in a variety of conditions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Mandatory:
- High School Graduate or equivalent GED.
- Demonstrated experience and competency in facilities operations and/or maintenance relevant to the essential job duties and functions.
- Ability to effectively work in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Competent verbal and written communication skills. Competent organizational skills.
- Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner.
- Mature judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to pass pre-hire background and drug screen.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required Intelligence Community Security Clearance.
