Summary

HumanTouch is seeking a highly skilled Tier 2 Cloud Support Technician to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will provide advanced technical support for AWS services and infrastructure, ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance for their cloud-related issues. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for AWS services and infrastructure, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to AWS products, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated problems and improve service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal processes and customer support.
  • Contribute to knowledge bases and support tools to enhance the efficiency of the support team.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of cloud architecture and networking principles.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration.
  • Scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS certifications, particularly Solutions Architect Associate.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
  • Background in software development or DevOps practices.
  • Active State Dept issued public trust
