Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support for AWS services and infrastructure, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC.
Troubleshoot customer issues related to AWS products, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated problems and improve service delivery.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal processes and customer support.
Contribute to knowledge bases and support tools to enhance the efficiency of the support team.
Required Skills
Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, etc.).
In-depth understanding of cloud architecture and networking principles.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration.
Scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
