Position Summary
The Ticketed Revenue Analyst will play a central role in optimizing ticket pricing and maximizing revenue across all Thirteenth Floor attractions. This position is responsible for analyzing past and real-time sales data, identifying pricing opportunities based on demand, and proposing new ticket types and offerings. The analyst will also work closely with the Non-Ticket Revenue (NTR) team to align ticketed offerings with upsell and package opportunities, and support sales and finance teams with actionable data and performance insights. This role reports directly to the CFO and indirectly to the CEO, supporting executive-level decision-making with timely, accurate, and strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze historical ticket sales performance and market trends to establish pricing strategies for events
Identify opportunities to increase revenue through demand-based pricing and the introduction of new ticket types
Recommend pricing adjustments to maximize attendance and per-cap revenue across all markets
Track and interpret real-time ticket sales performance to ensure pricing and offerings are aligned with demand
Provide dynamic recommendations for price adjustments and capacity management in response to sales trends
Flag underperforming events and assist in developing corrective strategies
Partner with the Non-Ticket Revenue (NTR) team to develop and refine bundled offerings and upsell opportunities
Collaborate with the Finance team to implement and maintain real-time sales and performance reporting tools
Support the Sales team by providing data-backed insights to inform outreach and partnership efforts
Analyze customer behavior and purchase history to identify targeted segments for marketing campaigns
Work with Marketing to improve conversion through segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies
Deliver periodic reporting and insights that guide promotional strategy and audience development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in ticketing, pricing, or revenue management, ideally in entertainment or attractions
High proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Ability to interpret and visualize large data sets to support business decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as ShowClix, Ticketmaster, or similar is preferred

This is a full-time salaried position located at our Denver headquarters
Some travel to event locations may be required, particularly during seasonal event periods
