Job Title: Ticket Operations Coordinator
Department: Ticket Operations
Reports To: Senior Manager of Ticket Operations Customer Service
FLSA: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling, management, and support of window sellers on both game and non-game days
- Receive and process payment transactions and ensure the accuracy of daily payment report orders and resolving of pressing issues
- Assist ticket sales staff with customer service, will call requests, processing and shipping orders.
- Answer customer service telephone calls and respond to customer service emails
- Support various other departments with paid and complimentary ticket needs.
- Learn and apply all relevant aspects of ticket operations, including Tickets.com technology, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Shift4, Ballpark App, and other processes and procedures.
- Make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment that align with big picture Ticketing strategies.
- Maintain a flexible schedule that allows for working games during nights and weekends.
- Assist Ticket Operations Department with various reports and other duties as assigned.
- All other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager of Ticket Operations Customer Service.
Experience, Education and Licensure:
- Associate degree in Business Administration required, Bachelor degree preferred
- One to three years previous ticket experience preferred
Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience using Ticketmaster or Tickets.com preferred

Work Environment:
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment however employee may have “game-day” responsibilities where the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
- Hours may include nights, weekends and holidays.
