Develop and support applications using TIBCO suits.
Monitor environments, address any issues promptly, and provide ongoing support to users.
Create detailed documentation for best practices and troubleshooting guidelines. Define and own strategy for SW deployment, work on automation of deployments.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies during upgrades.
Conduct performance testing to validate system stability, scalability, and responsiveness.
To be able to drive root cause analysis for problems, estimate efforts and contributes to the development of long-term solutions
Associate should be ready to work in rotational shift to provide 24/7 coverage.
Must-Have
Work and Technical Experience:
3-4 years hands on experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5, BW6) and TIBCO EMS
Monitoring and Support: Incident management and experience with monitoring tools like Service now, TIBCO TE/Admin, Splunk, Winscp, EMS GEMS. Support operational and maintenance activities as needed.
Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to upgrades, compatibility, and performance. Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
