Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support applications using TIBCO suits.
  • Monitor environments, address any issues promptly, and provide ongoing support to users.
  • Create detailed documentation for best practices and troubleshooting guidelines. Define and own strategy for SW deployment, work on automation of deployments.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies during upgrades.
  • Conduct performance testing to validate system stability, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • To be able to drive root cause analysis for problems, estimate efforts and contributes to the development of long-term solutions
  • Associate should be ready to work in rotational shift to provide 24/7 coverage.

Must-Have

Work and Technical Experience:

  • 3-4 years hands on experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5, BW6) and TIBCO EMS
  • Monitoring and Support: Incident management and experience with monitoring tools like Service now, TIBCO TE/Admin, Splunk, Winscp, EMS GEMS. Support operational and maintenance activities as needed.
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to upgrades, compatibility, and performance. Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
  • TIBCO Administration: Experience in configuring TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.X, 6.X, Tibco Administrator, Tibco Domain Utility, TEA, Access management
  • Version Control: Experience with GitHub for version control.

Good To Have

  • Designing, documenting, and developing integration solutions to enable integration of systems and applications across an enterprise.
  • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) / Agile development.
  • Worked with JMS compliant Message Brokers and familiar with JMS objects, properties, and administration activities.
  • CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD frameworks to facilitate automated deployments.
  • System Administration: Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems, database servers (Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities, professional attitude, and a good team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer focus and attention to detail
  • Experience on TIBCO BWCE
  • Relevant experience in Retail domain

Qualifications

  • Education: A relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Certifications: Have Excellent technological skills (e.g., TIBCO BW, TIBCO EMS). Certifications are advantageous.
