Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, welding, and quality inspection, with the ability to read blueprints and operate hand tools and forklifts. The successful candidate will also have experience with plasma cutting and tooling, as well as programming knowledge. Duties - Fabricate and assemble products according to design specifications and quality standards. - Perform welding and other fabrication tasks to ensure the integrity of the product. - Operate plasma cutting equipment to cut and shape materials as needed. - Use hand tools and other equipment to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. - Operate a forklift to transport materials and finished products within the facility. - Conduct quality inspections to identify any defects or irregularities in the product. - Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure that products are manufactured in accordance with design specifications. - Utilize programming knowledge to operate machinery and equipment. - Troubleshoot and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and organized work environment. Qualifications - Proven experience in fabrication, welding, and quality inspection. - Experience with plasma cutting and tooling is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of hand tools and forklift operation. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. - Basic programming knowledge. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and maintain a positive and productive work environment. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
