About the Position Altex Technologies Corporation is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Small Business, in operation since 1985. Altex is developing, producing and delivering innovative and high-performance microchannel and macrochannel heat exchangers, which can be deployed in vehicles, electronics, avionics, industrial/commercial equipment, and defense systems. As a result of the growth in the Altex Heat Exchanger business, a position is now open for a dynamic candidate, with high level experience in the development, demonstration, manufacturing and deployment of heat exchangers and related thermal management systems. The candidate will be responsible for the execution of new development/research programs, supporting client interactions, system design, and prototype fabrication, testing, analyzing data and reporting results, and transitioning the technology to a product, as well as managing and effective team building and leadership. The position requires a BS, MS or Ph. D. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with emphasis in heat exchangers and thermal systems, and management level experience. Government supported project management experience is preferred particularly defense system projects.
