• Thermal module design incorporated with heat pipe and vapor chamber.
• Thermal test fixture design, test setup and define pass / fail criteria of test.
• Execute data collection and analysis.
• Failure analysis on thermal module, heat pipe and vapor chamber related issues.
• Summarize thermal test results in comprehensive reports.
• Short period of travel for vendor visit.Travel frequency: ＜30% Requirements:
• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years work experience in thermal module companies or factories.
• Skillful in thermal module design and testing for consumer electronics or related industries.
• Good knowledge of two phase flow thermal components, like heat pipe and vapor chamber.
• Good data analysis and independent failure analysis ability.
• Good English written and oral communication skill.
• Capable of working independently. Self-motivated individual.
• Experience of using data analysis tool (JMP, miniTab, etc.) is a plus.
• Some basic coding skill (C++, Perl, python, etc.) is a plus.
