Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain testing strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Oversee both manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
• Ensure thorough test coverage, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Identify and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution with development teams.
• Conduct risk analysis to identify and address potential quality issues early in the development cycle.
• Mentor and train QA team members, promoting best practices in software testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless software development lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).
• Experience with API testing, functional testing, performance testing, and security testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter).
• Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation.
• Experience in testing ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
