Data Center Testing & Commissioning Engineer Work location: Kwai Chung Our client is a leading high-performance data center operator and service provider in China, with data centers located in core domestic economic hubs. They are currently recruiting talents to join their team. Responsibilities: ⚫ Review design drawings of new data center, identify problems, and propose revisions to ensure T&C project progress ⚫ Formulate testing and acceptance standards for new data centers ⚫ Ensure all commissioning and testing events are executed on schedule ⚫ Coordinate and cooperate with other T&C managers and engineers across all projects ⚫ Develop T&C plans and factory acceptance plans for new data centers ⚫ Review all multi-discipline testing and commissioning documents to ensure compliance with data center project specifications and standards ⚫ Assist operation manager of new data center to complete standardization of operation and maintenance ⚫ Manage testing suppliers and supplier risk control ⚫ Travel occasionally to mainland China or overseas Requirements: ⚫ Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical and HVAC ⚫ At least 5 years’ experience in data center T&C project management ⚫ Familiar with data center design and construction standards (preferred) ⚫ Experience with T&C standards for hyper-scale data center, large cloud service provider, or data center for financial industry (preferred) ⚫ Familiar with data center standards such as TIA-942, Uptime Institute Tier, ASHRAE, etc. ⚫ International certificates related to data centers such as CDCP, CDCD, CDCMP (preferred) ⚫ Strong project management skills, PMP certification (preferred) ⚫ Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work hard part-time, accept short-term business trips, and cooperate with other region’s departments (Mainland China, Southeast Asia) ⚫ Good interpersonal, presentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills ⚫ Mature, self-motivated team player with a systematic approach and excellent time and project management skills ⚫ Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin - Interested parties please click “Apply Now” to submit your application stating current and expected salary, and availability.
