Analyze the requirements for reliability test laboratory automation systems and conduct both hardware and software system design.
What You Will Do
Perform mechanical design, electronic and electrical design, equipment and component selection, and software development based on reliability test laboratory needs.
Responsible for the assembly, debugging, and delivery acceptance of automation systems.
Provide technical support and training to end users, resolve technical issues, and offer best practice recommendations.
Communicate with relevant suppliers and leverage third-party resources to develop and deploy automated testing systems.
Continuously monitor and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and quality.
Carry out special assignments/projects as and when assigned by his/her supervisor.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Computer Science, Microelectronics, Automation, Electromechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related Engineering fields.
Proficiency in one or more of the following: small-scale embedded development (microcontroller), conventional industrial automation control (PLC), or laboratory instrument programming tools (LabVIEW).
Familiar with common laboratory instruments(e.g., power supply, oscilloscope, multimeter, data logger…) and common sensors(e.g., temperature, humidity, force, displacement, pressure, acceleration…).
Good skills in requirement analysis, system design, and documentation.
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, and comfortable working in a global team environment.
What Will Put You Ahead
Project management experience is preferred.
Experience in machine vision and robot development is preferred.
Background in the field of reliability laboratory is a plus.
