• The Test Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and testing processes within an organization to ensure software and applications meet the highest standards.
• The role involves managing test strategies, creating detailed test plans, leading a team of testers, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and testing frameworks.
• Lead and manage a team of QA engineers and testers.
