What is the challenge? Provide into strategic service direction to improve overall quality, resiliency, value and to exploit new business opportunities. Oversee regional operations for Penetration testing in EMEA supporting customers and internal team members across all aspects of the service regionally. Make recommendations to enhance service operations and delivery through the evolutions of service run books, operational processes, technical methodology changes and customer delivery documentation. Support customer technical working group operating with the global service manager and broader leadership to drive service value and risk reduction. Work with broader developments and engineering teams to enhance service deployments and make recommendations to drive operational efficiency. Support regional engagements with vendors and support customer feedback sessions partner with service leaders and product management organizations. How do we imagine you? Minimum of 6 years of combined experience in information security and risk management related fields. Experience within penetration testing organizations would be a benefit. Ability to effectively communicate to both technical and non technical audiences to support the delivery of service. Experience interacting, presenting and working with management stakeholders, business management, and technical management teams. How is it to work at Deloitte?
