Responsibilities -

• 7+ years of experience as a functional consultant in implementing and managing operations of workforce management system, with 5 year experience on UKG WFM
• Experience in managing operations of Workforce management tool/HCM tool including modules such as Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Keeping.
• Hands-on experience with UKG modules such as Demographic Changes, Hiring, Organizational Changes, Payroll Input & Output Review, Reporting, Termination, time & Attendance etc.
• Leaves Accruals, Timekeeping, Access, Pay Rule, Reporting, Scheduling etc.
• Proven project experience and a solid understanding of UKG input and output reports
• Ability to understand business requirements independently.
• 3+ years of experience in testing WFM system upgrades and customizations
• Ability to design business acceptance test cases and design test data, conduct business testing
• Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments for getting required workflows, test data, and scheduling discussion and business testing for upgrades and changes
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case uploads, defect management, reporting & dashboards creation, and traceability (preferred).
• Creation & Review of test artifacts and other business / project documents, identify process gaps and work to improvements.
• Experience in estimation, project planning, defect triaging and reporting to stakeholders
• Ability to SPOC for WFM operation on the project and share risks, mitigation plan and follow up until closure.
• Formulate, capture, analyze and monitor project and quality metrics. Identify the gaps and perform analysis (5 Whys, fishbone etc.)
