Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians in executing all testing activities for products during production.
• Manage and oversee server and rack run-in testing processes.
• Coordinate with customers, headquarters, and the factory regarding test program deployment and upkeep.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen activities
• Conduct testing and root cause analysis for production failures and collaborate with customers and HQ/factory to implement improvements.
• Deliver WI training to production teams.
• Maintain and update the master list and tracking of test programs.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Capable of working collaboratively with customers, HQ/factory teams, peers, subordinates, and superiors.
• Skilled at multitasking and performing under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and concepts (relevant to testing roles).
• Strong communication skills.
