Role

• Lead a small team of test engineers in the development and implementation of test strategies and methodologies for semiconductor products, ensuring efficient and effective testing of integrated circuits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless test development and deployment.
• Drive hardware design testing and validation, ensuring that test hardware and software meet required specifications and are delivered on time.
• Lead product and test development projects, ensuring that test development is aligned with product roadmaps and meeting key milestones and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of related test engineering experience in semiconductors
• Proven experience with multiple ATE platforms (Advantest, Agilent, LTX, Teradyne, Verigy, etc.)
• Strong technical leadership skills, with experience leading product and test development teams, and a track record of delivering high-quality test solutions
