Senior HiL Test Engineer – BCM (Body Control Module ) Projects (dSPACE & NI)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HiL Test Engineer specializing in dSPACE and NI (National Instruments) Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) systems to support Body Control Module (BCM) projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HiL setup, model development, automated testing, and test bench maintenance in an automotive R&D environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Setup and configuration of HiL systems (dSPACE and NI-based platforms) for BCM (Body Control Module) testing.
• Design and implementation of HiL models using tools such as MATLAB/Simulink,dSPACE ConfigurationDesk, and NI VeriStand.
• Development and execution of automated test cases using tools like ECU-TEST,Python, and TestStand.
• Perform manual and automated validation of BCM functions.
• Maintenance and debugging of the HiL benches and ensuring their availability for test campaigns.
• Support functional, integration, regression, and fault injection testing.
• Documentation of test cases, test plans, and execution results.
Tools & Technologies:
• HiL Platforms: dSPACE (SCALEXIO, MicroAutoBox), NI PXI with VeriStand
• Modeling & Configuration: MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE ConfigurationDesk, ControlDesk, NI VeriStand (Mandatory)
• Automation & Testing: ECU-TEST, Python, NI TestStand, CANoe, CAPL, CANalyzer
• Communication Protocols: CAN, LIN, FlexRay
• Others: Jira, IBM DOORS, Git, SVN
Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional international team
• Fluent in Czech and English
