Summary

ENDEGO is a cross-industry provider of comprehensive high-class engineering solutions for automotive, railway, maritime and aerospace industries.

For our Client, an international automotive company, we are currently looking for a Test Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination with the project team of the required measurements, tests and trials
  • Carrying out the requested tests, trials or measurements of the assigned projects
  • Planning and implementation supervision of test setups including new test stand creation and component procurement.
  • Testing and evaluation of components, assemblies and end products.
  • Evaluation and documentation of tests and measurements
  • Maintenance of databases and allocation lists
  • Participation in the preparation of specifications and other technical rules.
  • Participation in the preparation of DVPs (Design Validation Plans).
  • Participation in the execution of technical comparison studies (benchmarking).
  • Participation in the execution of CRA (Consumer Robustness Audit).
  • Coordinating results deadlines with the project team and scheduling capacities accordingly.
  • Communication of test results to the other partners within the project teams
  • Clarification of issues with the respective departments at customers and suppliers

Requirements

  • A university degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, precision engineering, plastics technology, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in testing and validation within vehicle technology or mechanical engineering
  • Initial experience in leading or coordinating development projects
  • Strong proficiency in operating test and measurement equipment
  • Familiarity with automotive development, problem-solving, and quality assurance methodologies such as FMEA, statistical analysis, and the 7-Step approach
  • Experience managing timelines and milestone planning
  • Proficiency in English and Polish; knowledge of German is a plus
