该职位来源于猎聘 General Purpose of the Position: Responsible for Assembly line Test Equipments debugging, Test Program optimizing, and FTQ Improvement. Major Responsibilities:

• Program machine controls for testing
• Trouble shoot machines when problems occur
• Program data acquisition and analysis
• Understand machine electrical drawings
• Knowledge of servo drive / motor tech/ sensors/LVDT/Torque cell/load cell.
• Knowledge of HMI program (AB panel view, etc)
• Knowledge of Lab view program.
  
  

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

• Engineering degree in Automation Control is required
• Good problem solving skill, planning skill, and technical learning ability
• Communication & reporting skills in English, resource management and good team work, manage conflict.
• Familiar with Labview programming.
• Familiar with all kind of standard control circuit design, be able to design control circuit as required.Familiar with electric installation standard.
• Familiar with common instruments and transduces theory and application,be able to finish the instruments/transducers selection and setup.
• Familiar with DAQ theory and common methods/tools, good at setup DAQ hardware/software as required.
• Familiar with computer hardware/software,good at computer system operations, be able to modify/setup system configurations, good at computer trouble shooting.
  
  

Experience: 1. 5-10 years’ experience in industrial machine controls with emphasis on electrical highly preferred

• Technical experience or background in Manufacturing engineer& test Engineer is highly preferred.
