ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Engineering liaison in support of assigned customers · Interface with Customer Engineering on various technical issues · Program the manufacturing equipment utilizing applicable software(s) · Responsible for the maintenance, modification, and documentation of all In-Circuit and Functional Test Fixtures/Programs · Generate and maintain product specific manufacturing instructions as well as procedures for Test processes, specifically In-Circuit/Functional tests, and Programming of assemblies. · Support “new” projects/business transitioning to Incap US as assigned · Resolve technical issues for assigned product lines; troubleshoot boards, sub-assemblies, and products that fail test; and assist with root-cause analysis · Participate in supplier/vendor selection and evaluation · Research and selection of capital equipment as well as new or modified test fixtures/programs · Prepare new labor estimates and review existing labor quotes · Initiate and/or participate in quality improvement activities utilizing various statistical methods · Performs related duties as required or assigned within the job classification SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS · B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field · Knowledge of Analog, Digital, and RF circuits · Must be hands-on and possess a high attention to detail · Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines within a fast-paced environment · Good verbal and written communications, prioritization, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills · Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics · Knowledge of Through Hole and SMT Assembly helpful · Previous experience in an electronics manufacturing environment a plus · Familiarity with ISO policies and procedures a plus Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): What is your ideal salary for this position?
