We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to develop and support automated testing of our products, with responsibilities spanning design validation, regulatory compliance, and production testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in design reviews and ensure implementation of DFT requirements
• Design, build, commission, run, and maintain engineering and manufacturing ATE stations, including hardware, software, reports, and documentation
• Develop test plans and automated test sequences to verify product compliance with specifications and industry standards (e.g., FCC, ISED)
• Coordinate and execute compliance testing at external certification labs, and prepare all required reports and documentation to support regulatory approvals
• Support troubleshooting activities and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers and test equipment suppliers

Qualifications & Experience:

• BSEE or related degree, with 5+ years of recent, hands-on experience
• P.Eng. license is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in LabVIEW and TestStand is essential
• Experience with RF performance testing and a strong understanding of RF fundamentals, parametric measurements, and digital modulation techniques
• Demonstrated competence with standard RF and general-purpose test equipment
• Familiarity with telecommunication systems and IP networking is beneficial
• Ability to read schematics and C code is a must; working knowledge of PCB CAD tools is an asset
• Critical thinking and strong troubleshooting skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Methodical team player with a strong interest in learning and applying new technologies
