How You’ll Make An Impact

As a Test Engineer at Epsilon Retail Media, you'll play a key role in building high-quality products used by retailers and brands across the globe. Embedded in a cross-functional squad, you’ll work closely with engineers and product managers to help ensure quality is considered at every stage of development—from planning through to production.

What You’ll Achieve

Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites

Build test strategies and write clear, maintainable test cases

Investigate and troubleshoot defects alongside engineers

Run and interpret automated, performance, and regression test results

Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment workflows

Contribute to the team’s testing tools and frameworks

Participate in code reviews, standups, and team ceremonies

Who You Are

You’re passionate about quality and know how to balance pragmatism with precision. You enjoy working in collaborative teams and are comfortable diving into technical challenges.

What You’ll Bring With You

• 3–5+ years of experience in software testing and/or development
• Proficiency in Java or another object-oriented language
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium or Cucumber
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile team environments
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
  
  

Nice to Have

• TypeScript / Playwright experience
• SQL/database testing experience
• Prior software development experience
• Docker and Kubernetes knowledge
• Familiarity with microservices or orchestration tools
• Exposure to Postgres or other relational databases
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
