Responsibilities

• Oversees the Quality of deliverables and processes (SDLC)
• Ensures high quality standards in Tribe
• Focused on Customer impact
• Guiding and Training Quality Initiatives in the Tribe
• Assesses and Improves tooling in order to improve quality
• Software Quality Lead has authority to say what can be release for Customer and when
• Ensures that Trust Services reviews take place on time, and requirements are met and tested before release
• Software Quality Lead makes sure that features are delivered in high quality.
• Driving quality plan which can be discussed with other stakeholders during release planning
