Job Description: Assist the T&C work & trouble shooting. Prepare T&C form, report, drawings, and manual. Electrical installation may require. Assist and supervise the installation work. Conduct site measurement and related site work for projects. Coordinate & supervise the site work with contractors. Requirements: 3 years or above related experience in T&C and RHVAC. Valid REW Grade A License. Basic knowledge in Building Automation/DDC. Familiar with any building management system. Effective communicator, able to develop strong partnership with operation team and retail store managers. Passion in Energy Engineering and Site work. Ability to work to deadline. Can do attitude, Team oriented. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) is preferred.
