Summary
Job Description
Responsibilties:
Strong working experience in test automation activities using ECU-Test tool
Strong working experience with automotive test tools like Vector Canoe, CANalyzer, ETAS Inca etc.
Strong working experience on HILs/Rigs
Flashing of SW on ECUs for MF Test benches
Perform activities such testing/operating/maintaining High Voltage rigs.
Test Case Development: Test Automation & Validation of the received test specification using ECU-TEST automation tool
Test Execution: Focuses on executing test cases and completeness of measurements
Failure Analysis: Support Testing. in Pre-analysis of failures and report to test manager.
Plan and perform Integration Testing on HIL/Rigs/Test benches as per the Requirements and standards.
Prepare Design Verification Methods and Test procedures.
Prepare Testing reports and issue/Observation Reports.
Provide inputs for test infrastructure improvement and productivity improvement.
Failure analysis and reporting/escalation as needed
Attending regular functional and project meetings.
Creation and maintaining of project documentation.
Continuously learning new testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
Masters/bachelor’s in electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics
3+ years’ experience with strong exposure to testing on Physical Systems.
Good knowledge of ePowertrain subsystems will be beneficial.
Desirable to have knowledge of Inverters/Electric Motors.
Fluent in spoken & written English language skills.
German language skills will be beneficial.
Good communication skills and good team player.
Should be able to synergize with cross-functional teams and work in a global environment.
