This groundbreaking service enables mobile network operators (MNOs) to offer global connectivity—allowing users to send and receive text messages via unmodified mobile phones directly from satellites. Principal Responsibilities
đź’Ľ Design and build an automation test framework from scratch for satellite-based cellular tower systems, with a strong emphasis on C/C++ development
💼 Lead testing of the full telecommunications stack — from lab simulations to real-world field deployments
đź’Ľ Design and implement comprehensive end-to-end test plans, detailed test procedures, and robust automated test scripts
đź’Ľ Perform both manual and automated testing using tools and languages like C/C++, Python, ROBOT Framework, etc.
đź’Ľ Use diagnostic tools like Wireshark, QXDM, iPerf, and more to analyze and resolve network-related issues.
Requirements
đź’Ş 4+ years of experience testing GSM, LTE, 2G, 4G cellular communication systems
đź’Ş Strong understanding of GSM/LTE architecture, 3GPP protocols, and telecom standards
đź’Ş Proven experience in building test automation frameworks, with C/C++ as a primary development language
đź’Ş Experience in developing automated test cases for complex telecom systems
đź’Ş Proficient in Linux, C/C++, and Bash scripting
đź’Ş Hands-on experience with telecom/network tools like QXDM, Wireshark, Spirent, IXIA
đź’Ş Solid grasp of Ethernet, TCP/IP, and networking fundamentals
đź’Ş Object-Oriented Programming knowledge with strong expertise in C/C++, along with working knowledge of Python or Java
đź’Ş Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible
đź’Ş Excellent analytical, debugging, and technical documentation skills.
