We are seeking a Mid-Level Test Automation Engineer to help strengthen our quality assurance capabilities through a shift towards full test automation. This role will focus on testing .NET Core backends, ReactJS frontends, and React Native mobile applications. The ideal candidate will contribute to building robust automation frameworks, supporting CI/CD processes, and promoting a strong culture of software quality and innovation.

You will work closely with technical leads, account managers, and service heads to develop and implement effective testing strategies that ensure reliability, performance, and an excellent user experience across multiple platforms.

Relevant Work Experience

- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation.

- Experience automating tests for .NET Core backends, ReactJS frontends, and/or React Native mobile apps.

- Proficient in tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Detox.

- Familiarity with BDD frameworks (e.g., SpecFlow with .NET Core/C#).

- Understanding of API testing with experience writing automated tests.

- Strong SQL skills for data queries and backend testing.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using tools like TeamCity or Jenkins.

- Comfortable testing in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).

- Understanding of WCAG standards and accessibility testing.

- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies (a plus).

- Awareness of security testing principles.

- Familiarity with version control (Git) and project tools like Jira and Confluence.
