Associates degree (with 5+ years of direct work experience) or Bachelor's degree (with 3+ years of direct work experience) in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience working with radio frequency or microwave products in the L, C, X, Ku, and Ka frequency bands.
Certified NI LabView developer certificate.
Strong project management experience and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions of the Role:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and write programs in NI LabView
Lab equipment knowledge: Must be able to use common lab bench equip (oscilloscope, voltmeter, power meter, spectrum analyzer, vector network analyzer)
Basic understanding of RF power amplifier testing and standard RF tests that include: S-Parameter measurements (S21, S11, S22, S12), IMD, Harmonics, Spurious Emissions, P1dB/P3dB, Gain Compression, Noise Figure, ACPR, NPR, and EVM.
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software and develop automated test solutions.
Reputable computer skills using various software programs (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Visio).
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Leads all LabVIEW programming and developing responsibilities
Test System Architect for all of our X, Ku, and Ka band products (R&D and Production)
Develop engineering drawings and programing architecture
Document functions with comments and VI description within program
Standardize LabView modules that can be re-used for efficient programming
Perform various production and development tests to determine whether program meets required specifications as to the drawing, acceptance test procedure and other qualified specifications
Maintain, train, and continuously improve configurations to support the fast pace design and production of power amplifiers.
Manage efforts in design and provide technical feedback to project engineer and/or the engineering design review teams.
Support Production group as needed as resident expert on ATE related topics.
