We’re looking for Test Automation Engineer to:

• design, maintain and execute test automation scripts for E2E application flows,
• define the automation book of work, collaborating with the team to deliver efficiencies and productivity improvements via test automation,
• utilize structured test processes to identify test conditions, design test cases, write test scripts,
• comply with test strategy, testing standards, templates and test plans,
• define the test plan and the test approach, in compliance with the Group's strategies and standards,
• design and review test cases using techniques based on defects detected, previous experience and on the relevant business or functional requirements,
• collect the approval of the Business area on the design of the tests,
• prepare the appropriate data for testing and estimate effort required,
• document and report the progress of the tests, their coverage and related defects.
  
  

Your team
You will be located in Wrocław or Kraków and part of a European Testing Team supporting testing for European Wealth Management locations.

Together with the team you will deliver high quality services for COO Global Wealth Management (GWM) in Europe, supporting change management activities while participating in local and global projects and cooperating with stakeholders across Europe.

Specifically, you will provide professional support in the area of test automation planning, creation and execution and will become an expert in European related testing matters and country specifics.

Your expertise

• 2+ years’ experience in testing activities in business or IT area,
• experience in test automation (preferably Selenium WebDriver), Gitlab,
• proven delivery of performing functional and non-functional testing,
• experience in regression testing for project, product and PRV (Production Readiness Verification),
• fluency in English (verbal and written),
• Bachelor or Master’s degree – preferably in Economics, Finance or Information Technology,
• a highly motivated and well-organized team player with excellent communication abilities who is able to work independently,
• strong analytical skills and attention to details, very good organizational skills,
• attitude to change and interest in learning the use of new tools.
